Specialization : Robotics
Research in Artificial Intelligence focuses on the development and analysis of algorithms that learn and/or perform intelligent behaviour with minimal human intervention. Robotics is one of the area where AI based techniques are widely used. Research in robotics is focussed on mechanism design, sensors, computer vision, robot learning, numerical optimization, computational neuroscience, brain-computer interfaces and natural language processing.
