The department library has a hard copy collection of 4500 reference and text books, 250 journals and 650 theses. A large number of on-line journals and books from the popular publishers such as Science Direct, Nature Publishing Group, American Chemical Society, Springer Link, Taylor and Francis, SciFinder etc., are subscribed by the Institute and the University Central Library and are available to the students 24 hours.
